In all engagements, Resolve follows a three step process. We begin by structuring the
decision that needs to be made, then we identify and gather the relevant information,
and finally we analyse the information to provide the best platform on which to make
the decision.

Decision structuring
Resolve uses a staged decision making process, which involves clarifying the decision
to be taken, identifying strategic objectives and governance, and generating options and
determining evaluation criteria.

Information gathering
Once the decision has been structured, the information needed can be identified.
Typically, information will be required from a variety of sources, internal and external.
Resolve will help source this data, working with internal data systems and external
information providers as appropriate.

Analysis
With the necessary data and information now available, we can create a comprehensive
overview as well as enabling easy access to the detail. The objective is to align the
information and data with the decision structure so that the decision-makers can base
their decision on meaningful information.
